FAQ
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The 30-day trial is automatic on signup and requires no payment info. You'll only enter card details if you choose to upgrade to Pro before or after the trial ends.
- What counts as a "reveal"?
- One reveal unlocks a carrier's contact info — email, cell phone, and officer names — for that carrier. Once revealed, that carrier stays revealed for your account; you don't pay a slot to view it again. Browsing, filtering, and viewing public USDOT info doesn't count against the quota.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the Profile page and you stay on Pro through the end of the billing period, then auto-downgrade to the Free tier. Your notes, pins, and ratings are preserved — you just can't add new ones until you re-upgrade.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Everything you've written stays. Notes, ratings, pinned carriers, and saved searches are read-only on Free but never deleted. Re-upgrade later and you can pick up where you left off.
- Are there team plans?
- Not yet. The product is built around individual workspaces today — your notes are private to your account. If you're looking for shared notes across a sales team, sign up and email us from inside the app; team features are on the shortlist once enough people ask.
